Mission, vision, values
Who we are looking for
Our mission is to make the world happy through art. Work that surprises and delights fans around the world starts with us enjoying it and taking it seriously ourselves. We have put that attitude into three values.
Value 01
Create WOW!
Add a "Wow, what is this?!" beyond imagination to the "This is it!" that fans have been waiting for. We want to work with people who don't cut corners until the very last finish, in ideas, in quality, and in how we deliver. Here, attention to detail is never "overdoing it."
Value 02
Take Action for NEXT LEVEL
Say it, try it. Take ownership and move first. When things don't go as planned, ask "So what do we do next?" instead of looking for someone to blame. Our work is one first after another. It isn't easy, but going beyond who you were yesterday feels like nothing else.
Value 03
Unite as One
Every product comes together through many kinds of work, from planning and sculpting to promotion, production, and sales. Achieve as a team what no one could do alone. Put your respect and gratitude for your colleagues into words, support and celebrate one another, and grow together.
Let's take what we love seriously, and enjoy it together.
